About the Role:
We are looking for a Data visualization Specialist/Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data visualizations and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights using Power BI and other analytics tools. Experience in law firms or legal analytics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports.
- Gather business insights requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports
- Optimize and innovate the company technology stack to enhance integration in company’s total operations, including media, digital and talent development.
- Work with stakeholders to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting solutions.
- Advocate for the use of data visualization and dashboards sources for automation and collaboration
- Stay updated on data visualization and dashboarding best practices and emerging trends and application in field of Law
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- Experience: 3-7 years in data visualization, dashboarding, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert in premiere data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce including DAX, Power Query and adaptation of AI.
- Strong programming for: ETL processes cleaning, processing, warehousing and mining data for a variety of business initiatives using SQL, Python, etc
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a wide range of stakeholders
- Clear communication of data processes and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in legal analytics or working with law firms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data and marketing solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Zephyr, Call Rail, Lead Docket).
- Background in automation and data pipeline integration.
- Understanding of marketing, financial or operational data analysis.
