Responsibilities:
- Plans, supervises & closely monitors marketing programs execution of the area activation team to achieve the set-up targets on time while managing the expense budget to ensure the most optimum result and to achieve the market share target of the region
- Conceptualizes and implements trade marketing programs that ensure the right Holcim products are made available and visible in the proper channels to the right end-consumer target market
- Ensures all implemented trade marketing programs are executed effectively and efficiently and After Action Reviews (AAR) implemented consistently. Based on AAR, improve program mechanics and execution to improve future implementations
- Conducts continuous market and competitor analyses to ensure marketing activities achieve competitor differentiation as well as meet KPIs and profitability requirements
- Conceptualizes trade marketing programs in support to the region’s and cluster’s sales strategy
- Manages trade marketing budget and ensures maximum return on every program and investment
Requirements:
- Must be a college graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related courses
- Must have three (3) years experience in trade marketing or seven (7) years sales-related experience in any construction-related products, FMCG, or beverage industries.
- Must have experience in project and process management
- Must have experience in event management
- Preferably with experience in Trade Marketing, distribution sales, and RTM models
