Customer Service Officer
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
We are looking for a competent and strategic Customer Service Officer/Partner that will ensure on time delivery of our services and simultaneously provide a positive and reliable experience to our customers anytime and everywhere. In addition to friendly, relationship-focused customer service, the ideal CS Officer/Partner will provide sales and account nurturing services to help us expand and retain our client portfolio and database.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four (4) year course;
- Candidate must be “Chinese-Mandarin” speaking;
- At least 2 years work experience in similar capacity and industry;
- Has the ability to utilize various channels in communicating with the customers including phone, email, and live chat;
- 24/7 availability regardless of time zone;
- Is multilingual capable where no information is lost in translation regardless of language barriers for better accuracy, more detailed and definite verbal exchanges to foster stronger relationships and quicker resolutions for client retention;
- Is dedicated to increase our brand reputation and image;
- Ensures transparency of information and visibility from order tracking, real-time status updates at every stage of shipping; and possible shipment delays;
- Relays proactive contingency solutions to mitigate shipment issues;
- Can contribute to the Company’s Business Continuity Plan due to cyberattacks, natural disasters, pandemic, or international conflict;
- Is agile, and regularly updates himself on trends in the industry.
