Role responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Setup and maintenance of management systems such as SAP SafetyChain or similar
  • Website design and management
  • Social media experience a plus

Required skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
  • Proficiency in network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with CCTV & BMS Systems
