About the job:

Responsible in marketing, processing, and servicing of Bank deposit products and other services such as attending to client queries.

Responsibilities

  • Processes the opening of deposit accounts and ensure correctness of data and completeness of forms accomplished and submission of requirements;
  • Monitors customer records updating for existing clients;
  • Processes all over-the-counter transactions such as peso and dollar deposits, withdrawals and sundry collections;
  • Prepares end-of-day reports, consolidate cash and check summary sheets, record late check deposits/collections, generate reports of sundry payments and ensure that all BIR transactions are encoded;
  • Proactively sells, answers queries and initially processes applications/ requests for the products and services of the Bank;
  • Promotes and maintains positive relations with all regular and potential clients.

Qualifications (CSC Minimum Qualification Standards)

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in business-related course

Work Experience: None required

Training: None required

Eligibility: Career Service Professional/relevant eligibility for second level position

Applicants must be amenable to be deployed in DBP branches within Metro Manila area.
