Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Officer to join our team and play a key role in training and supporting our network of drivers. The Training Officer will be responsible for educating new and existing drivers on the app's policies, safety procedures, customer service standards, and best practices to ensure a positive experience for passengers and drivers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Training

  • Develop and update curriculum of classroom and practical training for drivers and riders
  • Prepare and update relevant training materials such as visuals, modules etc
  • Responsible for training calendar management
  • Facilitate and conduct classroom and practical training for rider/drivers
  • Responsible for facilitating refresher and upskilling programs to update skills and knowledge of roster of rider / drivers
  • Travel to different locations to be able to speak with drivers / driver groups or third parties to facilitate trainings
  • Monitor attendance of target participants
  • Prepare training feedback form and monitor driver performance
  • Build and foster relationships with the driver community
  • Keep abreast with updates on regulatory protocols, company policies, product feature and incorporate and other relevant regulating bodies
  • Collaborate with related departments to ensure driver-trainings are relevant and effective

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Proven experience in training and development preferably in the transportation industry
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of LTFRB regulations and other relevant regulatory bodies as well as industry best practices
