This role involves reaching out to business owners and decision-makers to schedule discovery calls, with the ultimate goal of converting them into clients for our marketing agency. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers to generate leads.
- Identify potential clients through research and networking.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and client information.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule discovery calls and appointments with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and ensure they meet the criteria for our services.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
Sales Communication:
- Communicate the value proposition of our marketing agency effectively.
- Address potential clients' questions and concerns with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and scripts.
Performance Tracking:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
- Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
