Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director for TSS and Head of TSS Department, the Accounting & Finance Head is responsible in responsible for overseeing all accounting operations within the organization, including Accounts Payable (AP), disbursements, treasury, billing and collections, tax compliance, reconciliations, general ledger (GL) management, financial statement (FS) preparation, and coordination of external audits.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and a thorough understanding of Finance
  • Experience in managing and overseeing financial operations and strategies
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site, hybrid in Makati
