The Brand Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, participating in business planning, and market analysis to support brand growth.   • Analyze store profitability and recommend strategies for revenue growth.
Strategy & Marketing Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities through market visits, online trend monitoring, and research.
  • Review and lead marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Engage with third-party agencies for digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and media planning.
  • Monitor and review digital marketing templates and content.
Merchandising & Inventory Coordination:
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure effective sales reporting and monitoring.
  • Align marketing strategies with merchandising efforts for product selection, pricing, and buying decisions.
  • Interface with principals for product negotiations and selection.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Sales Performance & Analytics:
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Assess the sell-through rate of seasonal products and make necessary adjustments.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining brand competitiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross functional teams: operations, merchandising, PIML, accounting, and finance, admin and supply chain teams to align brand strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between different departments to optimize brand execution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, retail, or merchandising.
  • Strong strategic business development skills.
  • Expertise in sales analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
