Main Responsibilities

- Collection, analysis and preparation of statutory documents of companies for the purpose of opening, closing accounts, updating legal cases and changing account managers in resident banks
- Interaction with financial institutions and company structures on the conclusion of agreements for settlement and cash services, agreements for the provision of remote banking services, additional agreements of resident companies
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of financial institutions regarding the identification and verification of legal entities by collecting, analyzing, entering, and agreeing information on questionnaires regarding the identification of the company itself, identification of persons who have the right to manage accounts, property, and represent the interests of the company, information about management bodies and their personnel, information about company owners, ultimate beneficiaries, financial indicators, and other information provided within the framework of corporate requirements and current legislation of Ukraine
- Interaction with banks on servicing company accounts
- Interaction with banks regarding connecting users of new companies/new employees to the Client-Bank system
- Interacts with the company's treasury department and communicates with financial institutions regarding the company's payments
- Higher education (economics, finance, law, etc.)
- Experience in banking with legal entities in the medium/corporate business segment in the framework of supporting company accounts or experience in the settlement center of a large enterprise (holding) in the direction of organizing the opening and closing of accounts in national and foreign currency in financial institutions of Ukraine
- Experience in SAP, 1C (preferred)
- Knowledge of NBU instructions on opening/closing company accounts Knowledge of the specifics of document flow between companies and financial institutions within the framework of Ukrainian legislation
- Skills in working with banking documents
- Skills for working with the client-bank system for legal entities
- Official employment
