  • Demonstrate the ability to properly handle personnel issues, such as performance reviews, employee relations, and employee motivation.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities related to quality and production performance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.

Job Description:

The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for achieving target production and operational results, with a focus on volume, yield, quality, and line efficiency, by providing the necessary support. This role will also involve overseeing and managing a team of operators in the manufacturing department to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods. Additionally, the Operations Team Lead will coordinate daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, optimize workflow, and ensure that production goals are met.

Project Management & Leadership Skills:

  • Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring production schedules are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Ensure that the team follows the production plan, adjusts schedules as necessary, and ensures minimal downtime.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

  • Knowledgeable in root cause analysis to identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate/participate in problem-solving activities on all issues and present possible action plans to the client.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining product quality and safety.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through the establishment of housekeeping procedures before, during, and after production operations.
  • Monitor and integrate the effective implementation of safety protocols in every aspect of the work.
  • Ensure fair implementation of Company Rules and Regulations (CRR) and facilitate employee counseling as needed.
