Process invoices from vendors and ensure timely payments in line with internal controls

• Process expense reports
• Prepare deferred revenue schedule and record revenue entries
• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Follow up on late payments in line with internal policies and update internal reporting weekly
• Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and handle related tax reporting.
• reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Will process emails and phone calls.
  
  

Qualifications

CPA certification is certainly a valuable asset, it's not an absolute requirement for this position.

With atleast 3 to 5 years of related experience.
