The Business Banking Product Officer is responsible for liaising with other product units and co-managing with them the products developed specifically for Business Banking in order to meet his product portfolio volume and profitability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Defines product requirements and develops business case for the assigned product
- Understands customer behavior and identifies current and new market trends and opportunities that will help in the development of new products or the enhancement of existing ones, providing relevant solutions that answer the customers’ needs
- Understands the gaps/limitations, advantages and value proposition of own product offerings
- Monitors product performance, marketing program results, reports on the results and provides recommendation in helping build sustainable competitive advantage and deliver measurable benefit to the business
- Liaises with other product groups to create customized products for the Business Banking segment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year course, preferably with relation to business, finance, economics, or management
- Critical & Analytical Skills
- Market research
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
