Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations, HR tasks, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inquiries, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in managing and responding to inquiries using the Zoho Asset Request Form.
  • Perform bank categorization in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct weekly audits on client invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing financial updates and key administrative activities.
  • Provide general and HR administrative support as required.
  • Email management
  • As time goes by, tasks may vary and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and finance support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Asset Request Form or similar inquiry management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial and HR information with confidentiality.
