About the Job:

Reporting to the Account Officer (AO), the Account Officer Assistant (AOA) works with the AO to carry out operational and administrative tasks that help the Bank generate more revenue through its lending system.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the AO in terms of evaluating client requirements and recommending an appropriate financial package.
  • Assist in carrying out due diligence in the packaging, approval, and implementation of existing loan accounts in compliance with internal, external, and ISO regulatory standards.
  • Provide efficient and accurate assistance to AO in the timely renewal and review of all the accounts being handled;
  • Handle regular monitoring and account management/administration of existing accounts, identify red flags and recommend preventive/remedial measures;
  • Filing of credit records of borrowers and monitoring of loan due dates, interest re-pricing, billing, releases and collections;

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business Course
  • Must have any of the following eligibilities: Career Service Professional/ Honor Graduate (PD907)/ RA 1080
  • Must be computer literate and has good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on-site
  • Must have sound judgment, attentive to details, can work under pressure, with good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
