- Handle inbound customer service inquiries regarding healthcare products and services
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO/call center setting
- Healthcare experience is a plus, not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and multitask while speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
