Job Summary
The Certified Partner Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Certified Partner Network. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing partner-related documentation, coordinating training activities, and ensuring partner compliance with program requirements. The Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining databases, managing the Online Learning Management System (LMS), and fostering strong relationships with certified partner installers.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to support the seamless execution and growth of the Certified Partner Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Database Management and Documentation:
- Maintain and update the program’s databases, including partner contracts, business credentials, and training records.
- Ensure partner documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Track and follow up with partner installers for the submission and renewal of required certification documents.
Learning Management System (LMS) Coordination:
- Serve as the primary custodian of the Netsolar Online Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor LMS usage and ensure partner compliance with required training modules.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for LMS-related issues encountered by partners.
Training and Certification Support:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions for partner installers.
- Support the conduct of both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Communicate with trainers and facilitators to organize training schedules and materials.
Partner Engagement and Communication:
- Act as the liaison between the Certified Partner Program and partner installers to address inquiries, follow-ups, and support requests.
- Promote program updates and new resources to partner installers.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to encourage active engagement in the program.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Monitor compliance with program guidelines and escalate non-compliance issues when necessary.
- Generate reports on partner progress, training completion, and LMS usage to provide updates to the Program Director.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement in partner management and program operations.
- Provide feedback and suggest enhancements to training content and LMS functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course (Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus).
- At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in program coordination, partner management, or training support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry or working with training programs is a plus.
