Job Title: Financial Planning Analysis Lead (US)
Job Overview:
The Senior Associate will create financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, support budgeting and forecasting, and track financial performance. They will provide insights to help improve profitability and cost management. The role also involves working with teams to support business decisions and using tools to streamline reporting.
Work Schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Work Specific Setup:
- Hybrid | One Ayala, Makati City (Required onsite during monthly / quarterly team meetings and when required by D&V / Client.)
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow for startups across various industries.
- Support scenario analysis and stress testing to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with clients to track financial performance against projections and recommend adjustments.
- Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability, cash management, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to provide financial insights for key business decisions, including fundraising, pricing strategies, and cost management.
- Support CFO-level presentations by creating clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports.
- Work with financial systems and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and other FP&A software, to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and FP&A tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
