Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Investor Relations Senior Manager. The Investor Relations (IR) Manager plays a key role in supporting the company’s investor relations activities by assisting with financial analysis, investor communications, and market research. This position involves close collaboration with Finance, Office of the Corporate Secretary, Corporate PR, and executive teams to ensure accurate and timely information is delivered to investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. The IR Manager is responsible for preparing reports, monitoring market trends, and supporting the execution of investor engagement strategies.

What are their Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of earnings reports, investor presentations, and financial disclosures in coordination with Finance.
  • Conduct financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and industry research to support investor relations strategies
  • Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst research to provide insights to senior management.
  • Support the development of investor messaging and Q&A materials for earnings calls, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Maintain and update investor databases, tracking shareholder activity and engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating investor events, including roadshows, investor days, and conference calls, both internally and in collaboration with external brokers
  • Coordinate with Office of the Corporate Secretary and Finance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal finance and communications teams to align investor relations messaging with corporate strategy.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Track and analyze competitor performance and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

What are the Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, equity research, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
