At JSC we are scaling our technology capabilities in a broad array of different leading platforms. Our team is responsible for both application maintenance and development; delivering the technology and business solutions that will revolutionize how our various business units operate.
The role is focused on delivering shared service center cybersecurity programs to its business units. The position will work very closely with business units point of contact/representative to ensure delivery of initiatives in day-to-day basis. The role will be the subject matter expert that will deliver the services and continuously develop processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop learning and awareness programs to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity across the Group’s businesses. Develop simple, practical, and up-to-date cybersecurity education programs using modern learning practices.
- Drive cyber security awareness and education programs and liaise with contact points from all countries and business units.
- Ensure that security awareness programs address current threat landscape and meet applicable industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Develop phishing tests and training plans.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with business units and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT/Computer related course.
- At least 1 year background in cybersecurity or information security.
- Excellent writing skills, well organized and attentive to detail.
- Highly conversant in English language.
- Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Background in IT technologies, processes, and security operations.
- Collaborative, responsible and personal accountability.
- Able to work with a team and individually with minimal guidance.
- Resourceful, curious to learn and can adapt to emerging security technologies and platforms.
- Background or experience in IT risk and project management
- Knowledge of various guides and security frameworks. (NIST, MITRE, CIS, ISO 27001, CVE, etc)
- Knowledge in IOCs, OWASP and types of attacks, malware, threat actor and vulnerability.
- Knowledge in different security monitoring platforms and cloud technologies.
- Experienced working in a global or regional environment.
- Good to have at least One (1) Industry related IT certification
