QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in managing financial assistance programs, specifically related to the DSWD, OP, and PCSO, is required.
- Graduate of any 4-year course
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist patients online and onsite on government funding agency
- Secure quotations from pharmacies or sub-distributors for government funding submission
- Helps on processing online/onsite applications
- Schedules patient/doctor onsite visits 4 days in a month.
- Program introduction and support for doctors including distribution of consent forms
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards on patient support programs
- Perform tasks assigned by the Patient Solutions Manager
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Must be keen to details and able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking.
- Computer skills
- Exhibits excellent time management.
