  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist patients online and onsite on government funding agency
  • Secure quotations from pharmacies or sub-distributors for government funding submission
  • Helps on processing online/onsite applications
  • Schedules patient/doctor onsite visits 4 days in a month.
  • Program introduction and support for doctors including distribution of consent forms
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards on patient support programs
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Patient Solutions Manager

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Must be keen to details and able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Computer skills
  • Exhibits excellent time management.
