- Ensure EHS compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Risk Assessment: Facilitate risk assessments to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects.
- EHS Culture: Promote a proactive EHS culture throughout the site.
- Training: Provide training on safety standards, procedures, and practices.
- Incident Reporting: Report all EHS data and information as required, using established processes.
- Management of Change: Develop and manage change programs related to safety and EHS regulations.
- Education: College graduate, preferably with a technical course.
- Certifications: Certified Safety Professional/Practitioner; DOLE BOSH/COSH or accredited institution (SO2 & above).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and technical software/applications.
- English proficient (writing & reading).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
