Job Description

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital identity and driving engagement across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic social media plan that aligns with our brand’s luxury positioning and resonates with our audience. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and values.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies to engage and grow our community.
  • Monitor trends in social media, fashion, luxury, and digital marketing to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, visually stunning content that showcases our products and brand story.
  • Write compelling captions and develop content calendars that highlight product launches, brand stories, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and values.
  • Community Management:
  • Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and luxury enthusiasts to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and trends within the community to improve engagement strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Use insights to optimize content and strategy, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Present regular reports to the management team with actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Paid Social Media Advertising:
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure paid campaigns are aligned with broader marketing efforts and objectives.
  • Brand Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and other brands to create engaging content and reach new audiences.
  • Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Crisis Management:
  • Monitor brand mentions and social media activity to identify potential issues.
  • Develop and execute crisis management protocols to protect the brand’s reputation.
  • upload new products to our two websites, conduct price research on competitors, and write AI-assisted product descriptions based on given parameters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for luxury brands, ideally in the jewelry or fashion industry. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and their respective audiences.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media presence for luxury brands.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and luxury branding.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and experience running successful ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.
