  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years' experience as HR Onboarding Associate or in relevant HR role.
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Must be willing to work on site specifically in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Facilitate and Support Recruitment with onboarding process for new hires, including checking onboarding tasks are completed, updating checklists, scheduling onboarding sessions, verifying work authorization, and other onboarding related administrative tasks.
  • Sends a report to key stakeholders highlighting of pre-employment requirements & status/results of background check.
  • Partners with Recruiters and Leaders, maintain employee records and conducting regular audits to ensure all employee fields are accurate and complete.
