Job Responsibilities:

1. Market research and analysis: responsible for target market analysis and benchmarking, collecting target market information, integrating and forming analysis conclusions according to the requirements of target market development;

2. Market strategy report: complete the plan report and market action plan of the market business strategy under the guidance;

3. Channel development and management: dealer development and management, according to the business development plan, develop dealer resources and select dealers who meet the company's requirements, and guide and control the dealer marketing process;

4. Development and management of the second network: promote the development, operation and training of online stores for dealers;

5. Sales operation and promotion: strategy formulation and implementation (price, marketing, products, etc.): confirm the annual sales plan with dealers, and promote dealers to formulate marketing, product, price and other strategies. Review and feedback on the specific promotion matters involved in the market business;

6. Risk control: real-time understanding of the latest regulations and dynamic changes in the target market, confirming the return of funds, etc.;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, automotive service engineering, mechanical engineering is preferred, English can be used as the working language; 2. At least 3 years of overseas passenger car sales experience, able to adapt to overseas business trips;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills;

4. Strong market acumen, pioneering spirit, execution and organization and coordination ability.

6、风险控制:实时了解目标市场最新法规和动态变化,确认资金回笼等;

7、计划制定与执行:清晰认识整体经营目标,与内外部协同机构有效沟通、联动。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,车辆工程、汽车服务工程、机械工程类相关专业优先,英语可作为工作语言; 2、3年及以上海外乘用车销售工作经验,能适应海外出差;

3、具有较强的沟通协调能力;

4、有较强的市场敏锐度、开拓精神、执行力及组织协调能力。
