  • This position ensures the operational and technical excellence and performance of the Country Sub-Sector with the effect of growing the SJ Group Infrastructure function through optimal people, commercial, business development, client relationship management and project performance.
  • The incumbent will role model SJ Group values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.

Experience:

  • Typically has 10-15+ years’ industry experience and demonstrated ability to consistently:

  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, to budget and client specifications.
  • Build trusting and productive client relationships;
  • Produce tender/proposal documents of an excellent standard and in a timely manner.
  • Manage a team effectively for performance and cohesion.
  • Recognized as State authority in the sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide operational, technical and business development management of the Country Sub-Sector to support SJ Group’s vision and values.
  • Manage the Country financial targets of the Sub-Sector and the achievement of the Country Sub-Sector operational plans.
  • In collaboration with the Sub-Sector, Southeast Asia Director ensure capability development and mobilization of sub-sector resources to support SJ Group’s overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Southeast Asia and Other Country Transport Sector leaders to manage Country based client relationships and achieve sustainable growth through targeted client relationship management and business development activity.
  • Provide support to the Sub-Sector, Southeast Asia Director and manage activity to transition regional based business model to a global service model.
