In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Market Research and Analysis

- Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities for solar PV projects across the Philippines.

- Analyze competitors’ strategies and market trends to inform project development.

· Project Development

- Assist in the site selection process and lead in the development of feasibility studies and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with project engineers and designers to create project designs that are economically viable and adhere to local regulations.

- Prepare project development timelines and budgets.

· Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and sustain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.

- Lead community engagement initiatives to ensure local support and address any concerns regarding new projects.

· Regulatory Compliance

- Stay updated with local, regional, and national renewable energy laws and regulations.

- Ensure all project development activities comply with necessary environmental and regulatory standards.

· ESG, ESIA and Sustainability Monitoring

- Identify and analyze environmental and social risks associated with project development.

- Collaborate with environmental consultants to prepare and manage Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) for projects.

- Facilitate stakeholder engagement processes related to ESIA, ensuring that local communities and affected parties are informed and able to provide input.
