RESPONSIBILTIES:
Perform the assembly, and handle all service repairs and maintenance of SJK-Guahan equipment.
Proficiently troubleshoot service issues, ranging from simple to complicated and complex problems.
Become familiarize with Club Car, Jacobsen, and Wacker Neuson equipment, understanding their
operation and repair requirements.
Collaborate with the Service Specialist, Service Executive or Workshop Team Leader to address service
warranty and parts-related issues.
Assist in the maintenance of inventory for equipment, parts, and tools.
Provide support to the warehouse team in regularly monitoring parts inventory.
Maintain a strong focus on customer care, promptly communicating customer feedback to your
immediate supervisor.
Actively identify and report any near-miss or potentially dangerous situations for safety awareness and
prevention.
Promptly report any job-related irregularities or unsafe acts in the shop to ensure immediate correction
and maintain a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year of working experience as a technician or service-related role.
Intermediate proficiency in English and computer skills.
Good technical writing skills.
Familiarity with equipment industry service terms, tools, and procedures, preferably in automotive or
similar fields. Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems.
Strong drive to learn, diligent and punctual to work.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Proven ability to deliver professionalism with a friendly demeanor via in front of clients.
Eager to create and encourage a positive work environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any mechanical or electrical vocational course or at least 1-year in specialized training.
