JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Solutions Designer is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solution architectures, and ensuring successful implementation by development teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborates with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translates business needs into detailed solution designs, technical specifications, and process flows.
  • Works closely with development teams to ensure feasibility and proper implementation of solutions.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation, including diagrams and wireframes.
  • Evaluates existing systems and recommends enhancements or optimizations.
  • Ensures that delivered solutions align with business goals and meet quality standards.
  • Stays updated with emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on coding/programming experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and solution design.
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
