What’s The Role All About?
Officer, Distribution Transformation Management
Handle project management and onboarding of new travel partners. Provide technical support on NDC implementation and handle coordination across all stakeholders. Ensure seamless customer experience across all NDC-enabled distribution channels.
Who Are We Looking For?
- College or University Graduate (Preferably Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field)
- Exposure and experience in project management, API integration, or a similar role in travel, aviation, or e-commerce industries.
- Must have working knowledge with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline/travel industry distribution models (NDC, GDS, Direct Channels).
- Above excellent, mathematical and analytical skills, combined with innovative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
- Exposure and experience in managing end-to-end partner onboarding, including API integration, testing, and implementation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales, pricing, and customer behavior data to optimize NDC strategies
- Ability to synthesize data insights and communicate them effectively to various stakeholders across the organization
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, Sales, IT, Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience to align on the NDC requirements and goals.
- Handle project management, facilitate partner onboarding processes, including API integration and testing. Ensure successful implementation of partners to production.
- Primary Administrator for NDC Configuration Manager. Handle setting up business rules and parameters specific for each travel partner.
- Provide training, product update, and support to travel partners and customers on using NDC-powered systems effectively.
- Coordinate with District Sales and discuss product offerings to optimize pricing strategies and offers based on data analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement in terms of user experience, API performance, and sales conversion rates.
- Provide support to travel partners in resolving technical issues related to NDC, from partner integration to implementation. Conduct initial investigations and coordinate with key stakeholders to address the concern.
