The Corporate Sales Head is responsible for leading the Corporate Sales Team within the organization. This role requires a leader who will drive the development and execution of strategic sales programs. The head will oversee all sales functions and is accountable for building strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and articulate the long-term vision and strategic direction for Corporate Sales across the organization.
- Lead the creation and execution of the sales strategy to drive sales growth.
- Identify new market opportunities.
Sales Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing corporate sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Build a strong sales team.
Contract & Negotiation Management
- Lead complex negotiations & oversee contract creation, review & renewals.
- Implement contracts and monitor compliance.
- Monitor compliance with the contract for both SMRI and Clients.
Achieve business targets
- Accountable for the achieving corporate sales goals and overall performance of the sales division.
- Leverage date analytics to track performance, assess trends, recognize opportunities and make data-driven decisions to meet sales targets.
- Provide analysis on sales performance.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new avenues for growth, including entry into new markets.
Governance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and corporate governance in all sales-related activities.
Financial Oversight:
- Oversee the sales budget & ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- Extensive experience in Corporate Sales Leadership (at least 10 years)
- Experience in managing multiple contracts and relationships with C-level executives and key-decision makers.
- Willing to travel at least 70% of the time.
- Proficient in data analysis and numbers.
- Digital savvy and able to understand tech-related systems (for digital cards)
- Preferably from the banking, tech and gift card industry.
