- Designing, implementing, and supporting SonicWall network infrastructure for clients
- Configuring and managing SonicWall firewalls, switches, and other network devices
- Troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of client network systems
- Providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SonicWall technologies and industry trends
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to network emergencies
- Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Network Engineer, with a focus on SonicWall technology
- Proficiency in configuring and managing SonicWall firewalls, switches, and other network devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and performance issues
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols, VLANs, VPN, and network security
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools
- Professional certifications in SonicWall (e.g. CSSA, CSSP) are highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Willing to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
