About the Role:

Role and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
MYOB Advanced experience or ERP system is essential.
Experience Corel draw or photoshop is essential.

Artwork
• Communicate with customers and internal staff to establish requirements for artwork.
• Ensuring all customers have artwork approvals for logos
• Produce, send for approval, and save artwork files including pictures to the shared files with codes.
• Preparation for existing and future orders.
• Communicate with Team Lead / General Manager to inform of any concerns, feedback or any requirements for supplies required.
• Maintain good communication with all employees, clients, stakeholders.
• Designing artwork for mail chimp and social media platforms 3 time a week. Intsa, Facebook, Linkedin

Purchasing
• Purchasing products and supplies as directed by manager
• Notifying sales team if a product is on backorder and finding an alternative if required
• knowing which supplier has FIS or which suppliers order must be collated for free shipping
• knowing what products are a stock line and ordering per carton and not by item.
• Know your products and suppliers and how long they will take to come in.
• Chasing up old purchase orders that haven’t been received

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Photoshop
• At least 2 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Must have 2 years of working experience in contact centre sales and service
• Experience with Administrative role
• Sales and purchasing experience


Notes:
• MYOB Advanced experience would be preferred
• Bachelor's degree - nice to have only
• Candidate with freelance experience is welcome to apply
• AU experience is not required
• Social Media experience
• Purcashing experience
