We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who is eager to create captivating visuals that tell stories and spark engagement. Whether it’s designing for social media, websites, or exciting marketing campaigns, we want someone with a fresh perspective to help elevate our clients’ brands.

Base Salary: Php 15,500 - Php 20,500

What You’ll Do:

Design Beautiful, Engaging Visual Content: Create eye-catching graphics for client social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials marketing materials to boost brand presence and engagement. From brochures and business cards to digital screens and posters, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Collaborate Across Teams and Innovate: Work alongside our marketing and content teams to understand client needs and turn ideas into compelling designs. Your contributions will help shape exciting campaigns and new projects.

• Moodboard
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns and projects.

Maintain Brand Integrity and Consistency: Ensure all designs are brand-aligned for each client, creating a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across platforms.

Produce High-Quality Work: Produce high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet creative and technical standards, ensuring top-quality work in everything you create.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends to bring fresh and innovative visuals that keep our clients ahead of the curve while staying on-brand.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio that shows off your creativity and design skills.
• A solid understanding of design principles, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful visuals.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Based in NCR, with flexibility for occasional travel.

Interview Process: (Online / Google Meet)

• Initial Screener - Quick interview about general experience, preferences, what you’re looking for in your next role and the interviewer will answer any questions you may have.
• Kreativ Session - You will design live along with Kreativ Nomad’s Creative Director. You will be sent the content calendar to prepare.
