Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Participate in client meetings to build strong relationships and gain a thorough understanding of requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with HR processes is preferred.
  • Basic SQL proficiency is required.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or Access) is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual, cross-regional team.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and align with Americas time zone as needed.
