Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with HR processes is preferred.
- Basic SQL proficiency is required.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or Access) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual, cross-regional team.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work extended hours and align with Americas time zone as needed.
