Change Management Specialist
The Change Management Specialist works closely with the Change Management Lead to implement and execute the change management strategy. The role is more hands-on, focusing on the execution of change management plans, including specific deliverables and the active support of change efforts across various initiatives.
Key Functions :
- Implement Change Management Plans
- Deploy Change Readiness Assessment Survey and Analysis
- Manage the Change Agent Network
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments
- Monitoring & Tracking
- Change Management Documentation
Skills/Competencies and Personal Attributes:
• Change Management: ability to execute the change initiatives using the proper methods, while creatively managing resistance to ensure behavior change for people to rally behind the change.
This includes:
• Theoretical and practical understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Project Management foundations, with the ability to manage concurrent initiatives successfully
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs/priorities
