  • Refer to FAQs and company processes to answer client questions.
  • Work independently and handle client concerns assertively.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional client care.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with legal processes and client care is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and assertively handle client interactions.
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Comfortable referring to FAQs and company processes for accurate information.
  • Candidate should have immigration law experience and already utilized Mycase tool.
