Job Description

You will be a key part of our sales processes, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up valuable meetings with healthcare decision-makers. Your role involves proactive outreach across multiple channels to maintain a strong sales pipeline while providing market insights to enhance their sales strategies.

Your role will revolve around the following:

• Prospect and qualify leads - Identify, research, and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.

• Initial outreach - Engage prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to the solutions.

• Schedule meetings - Arrange discovery calls and product demos with qualified leads for the sales team.

• CRM management - Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with sales teams - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand offs.

• Market intelligence - Gather feedback from prospects to improve messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies.

• Meet and exceed goals - Consistently meet or exceed activity targets for calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years in a similar roles, ideally in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, results-driven approach.

• Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and other sales technologies.

• Skilled in time management and task prioritization.

• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting team success.
