I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
 Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.

 Oversee sales area operations to ensure efficiency and effectively.

 Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.

 Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.

 Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.

 Ensures that all known company’s information is kept confidential.

 Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

II. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and motivate the assigned sales professional (ADM) in order to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.

2. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement

3. Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstration and trainings, introduction of new products, conduct customer business reviews.

4. Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.

5. Coordinate needed customer programs and activities to different departments

Sales Productivity

1. Deal with customers' complaints
2. Excellent communication and coordination with different clients and/or customers
3. Providing resolution and good approach to customers and clients

Customer Service Delivery

A. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement

B. Provide individual’s team KRA’s and KPI’s and conduct evaluation though performance appraisal on a quarterly basis.
C. Ensure the team’s achievement plan by increasing productivity, orders per day, product lines, new and reactivated customers, introduction of new products, collection, and remittances.
D. Attend company activities, programs, events, and meetings in head office on a monthly basis
E. Attend actual and on-line product trainings
