I. Job Purpose
Responsible for the marketing of Trust products and services and the management of portfolio accounts.
II. Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Contribute to the group's financial targets (Asset Under Management) based on the set budget given.
• Assist the Trust Marketing & Portfolio Head in developing Sales training program to market the Trust products.
• New customer acquisition and customer retention
• Understanding customer needs
• Explaining the products efficiently
• Resolving customer queries and problems
• Ensure that execution of investment transactions are in accordance with customer's investment objectives and risk profile
• Monitor investment and liquidity requirements of managed portfolio accounts
• Adheres with the sustainability policy of the bank and participates in its sustainability program.
Others:
• Whenever applicable as may be designated/assigned, act as the Unit's Risk Delegate/Alternate (RD/RDA) and/or Auxiliary Compliance Officer/Deputy Auxiliary Compliance Officer (ACO/DACO) and perform RD/RDA and ACO/DACO duties & responsibilities so required by Risk Management Officer (RMO) and Compliance Office (CO, respectively)
III. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a Trust marketing function, operations, and investment management.
• Preferably a Certified UITF Sales Personnel (CUSP)
