The Key Account Manager develops and implements strategic account plans with different retailers to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities to drive sales volume, distribution, pricing, margins, merchandising and promotional activities of the brands he/she is assigned to.

Budget Management

• Ensure that the expenses will not exceed the approved budget through overseeing and tracking of expenses.

Sales and Revenue Growth

• Plans and strategizes year-long campaigns with the accounts he/she is assigned to including animations according to the marketing calendar. Negotiates support and spaces to retailers including rentable, animations and trade support.

• Drive the sales process from prospecting through closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Track performance metrics, pipeline progress, and sales results.

• Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and support business development efforts.

Client Relationship Management

• Champions healthy customer P&Ls and identifies the right investment model for the account and ensures flawless execution at the point of sale in trade doors both offline and online.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth

• Understand client needs, and work collaboratively to develop solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term business partnerships.

• * Accurate implementation of price changes.

AR and Inventory Management

• Ensure that all receivables are collected on time.

• Maintain SSR for locale 3-4mos and 5-6mos for import.

• 0.5% RTV allowance over total Sales

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Compliance on the process flow and bulletins

• Attend all necessary meetings that concern the department.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to create and launch new products and services

• Submit Brand Work Plan and Brand Campaign 1 quarter in advance.

• Provide feedback from the market to internal teams to support product development and improvement efforts.
