Creative Direction
• Lead the creative development of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing assets
• Provide guidance on tone, messaging, and visual style across all content and campaigns
Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Oversee the development and execution of content for digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, organic social media, and influencer collaborations
• Monitor trends in digital marketing and social media to optimize content performance and engagement
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through strategic content distribution
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Manage a team of content writers, designers, and external content creators
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align content initiatives with business goals
• Ensure timely delivery of content projects and maintain an editorial calendar
Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Measure the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives through KPIs such as engagement rates, lead generation, and website traffic
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media insights) to optimize content strategies
• Report on content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years in content marketing, creative marketing, or related roles, preferably in the IT technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills
• Experience managing creative teams and content workflows
• Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and social media management
• Familiarity with design and video production tools is a plus
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities
