We are seeking a versatile and proactive Business Operations and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will assist in overseeing various operational aspects of the company and support digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in digital marketing, product management, or web development who can help streamline functions across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including team management, administration, and liaising with external partners for events, affiliate partnerships, and marketing activities.
• Digital Marketing & Web Management
• Execute digital marketing strategies, including campaign setup and management across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and EventBrite. Utilize SEO techniques, monitor campaign performance, analyze reporting, and manage website content on platforms like Wix and WordPress. Collaborate on content creation, product design, and overall brand presence.
• Product Design & Development Support
• Work on product design and management tasks, contributing to product development initiatives as needed.
• Team Collaboration
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow across projects and maintain communication across departments.
• Performance-Based Projects
• Engage in various projects with a performance-oriented approach, eligible for performance-based bonuses.
• Customer Support
• From time to time you will efficiently handle customer inquiries via Zendesk, relay customer feedback to internal teams, and maintain thorough product knowledge to deliver accurate information and support positive customer experiences.
Qualifications:
• Strong skills in either digital marketing, content writing, or web management (Wix/WordPress experience preferred)
• Background in digital marketing, product management, or web development is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to work autonomously and remotely
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with internal teams and external partners
