• Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify potential agency partners across various industries through research, networking, and industry events.

• Agency Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with agency managers, understanding their needs and challenges in the livestreaming space.

• Negotiation & Closing – Secure mutually beneficial deals by negotiating contracts and pricing terms.

• Market Research & Strategy – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to shape business strategies.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor key agency performance metrics and provide regular reports on revenue and growth.

• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the livestreaming industry.

• Strong knowledge of the livestreaming ecosystem, key players, and agency networks.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients at all levels.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
