Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities for the real estate business, including property marketing, branding, digital marketing, and events. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team in meeting business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for properties, focusing on online and offline channels
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach potential buyers, tenants, or investors
  • Plan and supervise marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
  • Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
  • Leads the design and development of compelling marketing collateral, promotional materials, and events, while coordinating with the Sales Head for final approval
  • Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
  • Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
  • Organize and coordinate property launch events, open houses, and other promotional events to generate buzz and attract clients
  • Evaluate current marketing programs and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors and stakeholders for various programs and activities
  • Perform other marketing duties and function as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing,
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 5 year(s) of Working Experience in Marketing in Real Estate or any related marketing field
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
