What’s The Role All About?

Managing the technical implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. This role will focus on coordinating with integration platform stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, while monitoring key performance metrics and service levels. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless integration and implementation of software across various touchpoints, ensuring consistent and effective usage across the organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree
• Open to candidates with at least five years of relevant work experience
• Must have a strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Exceptional engineering skills, knowledge, and expertise
• Ability to stay current with trends and innovations to effectively perform assigned functions and responsibilities

Major Responsibility Areas

• Compliance with applicable aviation authorities’ regulations and approved standard, regular submission of required reports/documents/data and ensured references are made available to all personnel responsible in handling aircraft airworthiness
• Responsible to monitor the operation of SOFTWARE platform, including data delivery to its various interfaced systems
• Deep understanding of current business processes vis a vis functionality, limitations and possible upgrades
• Act as focal support for any software related issues and coordinates the implementation of agreed action plans to address concerns
• Conducts briefings and/or training to new key users, or to existing users in case of software updates.
