Sales Support Officer is responsible for any deficiencies, approvals, and compliance of loan documents. He/She supports and works hand-in-hand with Business Sales Officers and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of loan requirements, movement of CLAs in the application/credit process without delay, consolidation, and preparation of sales reports, forecast monthly booking, strategize and prioritization of accounts, and supervision of the activities and tasks of MAs.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidation of sales reports.
  • Coordinates directly with customers for the completion of requirements.
  • Ensures the completeness of loan requirements.
  • Ensures CLAs move in the application/credit process without delay.
  • Coordinates with Fulfillment for the documentation and implementation of approval.
  • Forecasts monthly booking and strategizes & orchestrates prioritization of accounts to ensure attainment of booking target.
  • Supervises the activities and task delivery of the MA to make sure all CLAs are properly acted upon.
  • Ensures that loan documents are complete and properly executed by the Customer. The SSO shall be responsible for any deficiency, its approval, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Management
  • With knowledge of different banking products and services
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
