About The Role
- Ensure a best-in-class quality of service and support on social media channels
- Interact with the communities in several platforms in English
- Work closely with product teams and several others teams to improve customer experience
- Support our customer-facing crisis team to handle appropriate customer communication in a timely manner
- Acquire comprehensive Social Media industry knowledge and keep on top of latest Social Customer Service trends
- Work at one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Europe.
