Position:

RMLPH is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Order Entry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in accurately entering and organizing medical data, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter laboratory work orders into the system, ensuring completeness and correctness of information
  • Review orders for compliance with process standards
  • Communicate with accounts, account managers, and internal teams to clarify order details or resolve discrepancies
  • Verify patient, physician, and insurance details (if applicable) to ensure accurate processing
  • Monitor order statuses and follow up on any delays, missing information, or other requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all processed orders and update the database as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and patient information
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using order management software, electronic medical records (EMR), or laboratory information systems (LIS)
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory processes and medical terminology (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1year Prior experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support(experience in a medical or laboratory setting is a plus)
  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Suchas electronic medical records (EMR), or laboratory information systems (LIS)
  • Shift Availability: Must be able to work graveyard shift, US Mountain Standard Time
  • Communication Skills: English proficient and email communication skills to interact with internal teams andexternal clients
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify and address issues as they arise

  • Monetary compensation: 13th-month pay and overtime
  • New Hires begin as contractors for the first two months before they are eligible for a review for direct employment

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Manila, PH: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
