Roles and Responsibilities:
- Executes Stage-Gate Process: Responsible to follow through Export Far East (EFE) and Philippines’ Stage-Gate process from Conceptualization, Feasibility, Development, Commercialization and Post Launch. Participates in setting clear agenda to be reviewed at each Stage process based on project criteria and drive decision making by relevant stakeholders (Go/No Go) at each Gate reviews.
- Project Management: Reviews Project Feasibility Check (PFC) file submitted by the Local Marketing team. Provides overall Master Project Schedule based on agreed lead-time and communicates status of key projects to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Local Marketing Team to gather input, address concerns, and ensure alignment on NPD progress. Understands and gathers in-market local regulatory requirements to ensure seamless execution of projects. Escalates challenges and recommends mitigating plans to address key issues or concerns on the project.
- Product Roadmap Management: Responsible for product master plan and portfolio management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to define and execute product roadmaps. Understands product portfolio for key segments such as Recipe, Flavors, Pack size, Packaging Formats, Sourcing. Initiate and validate master data creation.
- NPD KPIs: Track and analyse the performance of products in the portfolio, including revenue, profitability & on-time launch. Identify opportunities for product optimization, portfolio expansion, or rationalization based on performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Executes projects to reduce of complexity in EFE portfolio and harmonizing project portfolio between markets. Support Supply Chain Regional/Global initiatives source transition. Seeks improvement on overall Project Management process in EFE.
Qualifications:
- Exposure to innovation planning and execution from Supply Chain functional perspective
- 7+ years of experience working on product innovation from ideation to launch.
- Able to engage senior stakeholders: Local Marketing Managers, Finance Director, SC/ Operations Director, Country Managers, Factory NPD, P&T Leads
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer basic marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Know how on project management.
- Advance communication skills and able to work with different nationalities (11 markets in EFE & PH)
- Good understanding of the product development & manufacturing process
- Proven ability to deliver complex Supply Chain projects involving multiple business functions and senior stakeholders
